1. Adoptions of audited balance sheet as at March 31, 2007 and the profit and loss account for the year ended on that date together with the director’s report and the auditor’s report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Syed Mohammed Moshin, who retire by rotation.
3. Appointment of Auditor and fix their remuneration.
4. Ratify the interim dividend declared by Board of Director and declared the interim dividend as final dividend. |
