1. WARRANT HOLDERS : Bhartiya Global Holdings Pvt. Ltd.
- NO. OF WARRANTS AGAINST WHICH RIGHT OF CONVERSION IS EXERCISED : 3,00,000
- BALANCE PAYMENT RECEIVED (75% OF THE ISSUE PRICE) IN Rs. : 1,35,00,000
2. WARRANT HOLDERS : Appreal Holdings Pvt Ltd
- NO. OF WARRANTS AGAINST WHICH RIGHT OF CONVERSION IS EXERCISED : 1,00,000
- BALANCE PAYMENT RECEIVED (75% OF THE ISSUE PRICE) IN Rs. : 45,00,000
Consequently the paid-up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 10,06,38,480/- to Rs.10,46,38,480/- w.e.f. March 28, 2012. |
