We wish to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 to, inter-alia, consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial results of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2017.
Further in continuation to our Disclosure on closure of Trading Window, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, this is to inform you that the trading window will remain closed for the Directors, Designated Employees and Auditors of the company including their immediate relatives from November 7, 2017 to November 16, 2017 and hence, they are not permitted to deal in the shares of PROSEED INDIA LIMITED from November 7, 2017 to November 16, 2017.
