1. Adoption of profit and Loss Account for the year ending March 31, 2005 and Balance Sheet as on that date alongwith the Directors Report and Auditors Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Mimani as Director of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s Agarwal Dugar & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
4. Appointment of Mr. S N Daga as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years effective September 07, 2005.
5. Appointment of Mr. Brijesh Sadani as Additional Director of the Company. |
