| Exchange Disseminated Time | R P P Infra Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Recommended a Dividend of Re. 0.50 per Equity Share (5%) Subject to Approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. The Company has Appointed Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f. May 29, 2015. Hence Mrs. A. Nithya will not be acting as a Interim Compliance Officer.
3. Adopted the Code of Conduct as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI circular dated May 11, 2015. |
