The Board will approve the "Audited" Financial Results at its’ meeting to be held on May 27, 2014, accordingly the revised notice should be read as follows :

The Company has informed that in terms of the Himadris Code of Conduct for Prevention of insider Trading, the Trading Window for purchase / sale of shares of the Company is closed for designated Employees, which include Directors and Officers from May 20, 2014.
The Trading window will open 24 hours after the announcement of the Company’s Audited Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges on May 27, 2014. |
