Further, in view of the above the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s scrip by the directors, designated employees and other concerned persons of the Company will remain closed from May 23, 2015 till the end of 48 hours of the news paper publication of the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter /Financial year ended March 31, 2015. It is in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 1992 and as amended from time to time. |
