The altered MOA and AOA has been approved by the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Karnataka on 21/09/2017. We herewith submit a certified copy of altered MOA and AOA of the Company as Annexure-1. Brief particulars of the amendments in MOA and AOA are given in Annexure-2. The above submissions are pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. |
