| Exchange Disseminated Time | Compucom Software Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 11, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended/nine months ended on December 31, 2014;
2. To consider and take on record the Limited Review Report for the quarter / nine months ended on December 31, 2014.
Further, in accordance with the Company’s Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from February 06, 2015 to February 12, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the Directors and Key Management Personnel’s of the Company. |
