Audited standalone and unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017; and
Audited standalone and unaudited consolidated segment reporting for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.
An extract of the aforementioned financial results of the Company would be published in the newspapers in accordance with the Listing Regulations.
The Board meeting commenced at 10.00 a.m. and post the approval of the above, the meeting will continue till its scheduled time.
