| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Prime Securities Ltd, the person acting in concert (the "PAC") as Manager to the Offer, has informed BSE that Krishiraj Trading Ltd (the "Acquirer"), one of the entity constituting the Promoter Group of the Target Company, proposes to place a purchase order with the stock broker to acquire up to 1,25,000 (One Lakh Twenty Five Only) fully paid up equity shares of the Welspun Investments and Commercials Ltd ("Target Company"), representing upto 3.42% of the total voting share capital of the Target Company, at a price not exceeding Rs. 20/- (Rupees Twenty Only) per equity share of the Target Company. The acquirer has already acquired 84,690 Equity Shares, representing 2.32% of the total voting share capital of the Target Company during the financial year 2012-13.
