1. The Un Audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2015.
2. Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditor for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2015.
Further, pursuant to Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees and dependents covered under the Code from the close of business hours of August 05, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited financial results to the Stock Exchanges. |
