| Exchange Disseminated Time | Man Infraconstruction Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2014, inter alia, to consider following :
1. To approve and take on record consolidated and standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2014; and
2. To consider recommending dividend, if any for the financial year ended March 31, 2014 subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Further in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from May 21, 2014 to May 30, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
