| Exchange Disseminated Time | SNS Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 25, 2009, inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the Directors’ Report including Reports on Corporate Governance, Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and Profit and Loss Account of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2009.
2. Re-appointment of Shri. Priyesh G. Shah as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Appointment of M/s. Natvarlal Vepari & Co., Chartered Accountants, Surat, as Auditors of the Company to hold the office until conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Appointment of Shri. Dineshchandra K Patel as a Director of the Company liable to retire by rotation.
5. Re-appointment of Shri. Mansukh K. Patel as Whole Time Director of the Company for the period of Five years w.e.f. October 01, 2009 to September 30, 2014, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
