The price at which Equity Shares will be allotted under the preferential allotment shall be in accordance with Chapter VII of the ICDR Regulations, however, such price shall not be less than the price at which the Equity Shares may be allotted under Qualified Institutional Placement by the Company pursuant to the resolution passed by the shareholders at their meeting held on 4th July 2017
