| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/09/2016 09:03:40 | | Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the bank at its meeting held on September 29, 2016, has approved the re-classification of Promoter and Promoter group of the Bank consequent to the passing away of Shri A S Janarthanan, Promoter of the Bank and re-classified Shri A J Suriyanarayana as a Promoter of the Bank in the place of Shri A S Janarthanan (since deceased) being the inheritor in terms of Regulation 31 A (4) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further re-classified the promoter group pertaining to Shri A J Suriyanarayana. |
