| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court at Bombay, Nagpur Bench, Nagpur has by its order dated April 25, 2013 directed the Company to hold adjourned meeting of Secured Creditors of the Company on May 28, 2013 to consider, and if thought fit, to pass with or without modification, the Scheme of Arrangement for the Demerger of Steel Division of Corporate Ispat Alloys Limited for the purpose its merger with the Company. Further note that, the meeting of the Secured Creditors for considering the Scheme was originally held on April 20, 2012 and adjourned as Creditors sought more time to examine the Scheme in detail.
In pursuance of the said order and as directed therein the adjourned meetings of Secured Creditors of the said Company will be held at F-8, MIDC Industrial Area, Hingna Road, Nagpur - 440 016 on May 28, 2013 at 12.30 PM. |
