Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with die Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Tradtng by insiders, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company, will remain closed for all the Directors and designated (specified) employees of the Company, with effect from October 21, 2015 to November 06, 2015 (both days inclusive). The trading window in respect of dealing in the Shares of the Company shall reopen from November 07, 2015. |
