| Exchange Disseminated Time | W. S. Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 29, 2014 has approved the following:
1. Mr. Raja Ganapathi's resignation from the services of the Company was accepted and he was relieved from his duties and responsibilities.
2. The Board also approved the appointment of Mrs. Hema Pasupatheeswaran as "Vice President - Legal and Company Secretary".
Further, effective from November 29, 2014, she has also been designated as "Compliance Officer" under the Listing Agreement in lieu of Mr. B. Swaminathan, Chief Financial Officer.
3. The matters pertaining to inter alia, considering the draft Notice for convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company, along with Director's Report, Management Discussion and Analysis Report and Corporate Governance Report for the 12 months period ended September 30, 2014, will be taken up by the Board at its next duly convened meeting. |
