| Exchange Disseminated Time 07/02/2017 18:36:15 | Jindal Stainless Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 07, 2017, inter alia, has approved the appointment of Mr. Anurag Mantri as Chief Financial Officer with effect from February 07, 2017 in place of Mr. Ashish Gupta, who has relinquished the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect. However, Mr. Ashish Gupta shall continue to act as Vice President (Finance) of the Company.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12:00 Noon and concluded at 6.20 P.M.
