1. Adoption of the Directors' Report and Audited Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2009 and the Balance Sheet of the Company as on that date.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. B. S. Bohra, Mr. K. Kartikeya V. Sarabhai & Dr. V. C. Shah as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Sorab S. Engineer & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting upto the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2009-2010 on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
