| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/12/2015 16:12:45 | Tide Water Oil (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 15, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015, together with the Limited Review Report thereon, in terms of Clause 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges.
In the said meeting, the Board of Directors will also consider declaration of bonus issue and share split to/for the shareholders at such rate/ratio to be decided therein. |
