| Exchange Disseminated Time 01/08/2017 12:47:12 | Varun Beverages Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 09, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company, both on Standalone and Consolidated basis, for the period ended June 30, 2017 and also to consider declaration of interim dividend for the Financial Year 2017.
Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in securities of the Company will remain close from August 02, 2017 till August 11, 2017 (both days inclusive). During the closure of Trading Window, insiders have been advised not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company.
Further, the Company is following 1st January to 31st December as its Financial Year in terms of Section 2 (41) of the Companies Act, 2013 as approved by the Company Law Board. |
