| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 16, 2010, inter alia, have approved the following:
1. Adoption of Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss Accounts for the financial year 2009-10, Directors' & Auditors Report thereon.
2. Declaration of dividend @ 30% for the financial year 2009-2010.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Nishant Arya as Director of the Company.
4. Increase in the overall limits of the borrowing power of the Company from Rs. 200/- Crore to Rs. 300/- Crore.
5. Increase in the overall limits for creating mortgage/ hypothecation on the assets upto an aggregate amount of Rs. 300/- Crore. |
