| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nitta Gelatin India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 03, 2013, inter alia, to consider relating to ESPS followed by a Bonus issue which is primarily meant to conform to the Regulations under Clause 40(A) of the Listing Agreement. The proposal once approved / recommended by the Board shall be considered for approval by the General Body of Shareholders.
The meeting of the Board on May 03, 2013 shall also consider the declaration of an interim dividend. |
