| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2011 inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2011 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with Reports of the Auditors and Directors' thereon.
2. Appointment of Dr. Vijay Aggarwal, Shri T. S. Narayanasami and Shri Malay Shrivastava, as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. "RESOLVED THAT Board of Directors be and is hereby authorized to fix the remuneration of the Statutory Auditors to be appointed by the Comptroller & Auditor General of India for the financial year 2011-12, as may be deemed fit. |
