In the Annual Report 2013-14 of the Company, the Sections Chairman Message, Director's Report, Report on Corporate Governance and management Discussion and Analysis Report contained detailed information about the Company's current performance, its future outlook and any material activities which it intends to undertake. The said Annual Report was broadcasted to all shareholders and other concerned stakeholders and also to the Stock Exchanges vide our letter dated September 10, 2014.
