Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company, the “Trading Window” for trading in the securities of the Company by any “Insider” covered under the said Code will be closed from January 23, 2016 to February 03, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
