| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/01/2017 12:25:49 | International Combustion India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 31, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the third Quarter and Nine Months Period ended December 31, 2016.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct To Regulate, Monitor And Report Trading by Insiders framed as required under the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed during the period from January 16, 2017 to February 02, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the Directors, designated employees, Auditors and their dependents on account of consideration of the above price-sensitive matter at the aforementioned Board Meeting of the Company. |
