| Exchange Disseminated Time | TV Today Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider recommendation of dividend and to take on record and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Connpany for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2015.
Further, in terms of the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company from May 02, 2015 and would remain closed till 24 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 of the Company to the public (both days inclusive). |
