| Exchange Disseminated Time | Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the share capital of Goldschmidt Alkyl Speciality Chemicals Pvt Ltd is Rs 16.382 million, of which 50% is held by Alkyl and 50 % by Goldschmidt. Goldschmidt proposes to dilute their shareholding by transferring shares of the value of Rs 8.181 million to Alkyl for a nominal price of US Dollar One, w.e.f - June 30, 2003 subject to the approval of Reserve Bank of India. The business will subsequently be run as a Subsidiary of Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd.
