We hereby submit the details of approvals granted by the Shareholders of the Bank on the Ordinary Resolutions specified in the Postal Ballot Notice dated July 26, 2017, pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

All the resolutions were passed with the requisite majority by the Shareholders. The details of votes cast by shareholders are enclosed herewith. The same shall be treated as compliance with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/8/2015 dated November 4, 2015.
