1. Mrs. Gunjan Mehta as the Internal Auditor of the Company (as per the provisions of Section 138 read with Rule 13 of Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014.
2. H. B. Upasani & Co., Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company (as per section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014). |
