Further, In this connection, as per Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / designated employees of the Company from May 18, 2015 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on May 26, 2015.
