| Exchange Disseminated Time | Patel Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting held on November 14,2014, for the approvals of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2014 was adjourned as the Company was not able to finalize its results for the said period due to certain aspects which are being looked into by the Statutory Auditors which is likely to take some time. Due to the above stated reason, it was unanimously decided by the Board that meeting shall stand adjourned to November 21, 2014 to the extent of considering the un-audited financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2014.
Further, the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) for Insiders covered under "Patel Engineering Limited Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading shall continue and end on 24 hours after the results are made public on November 21, 2014. |
