| Exchange Disseminated Time | A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that ESOP Compensation Committee of the Company in its meeting duly held on July 06, 2015 had decided:
1. To Grant 45,00,000 (Forty Five Lacs) Stock Options to the eligible employees of the Company and its Subsidiary Companies under A2Z Employee Stock Option Plan, 2014 ('ESOP Scheme'). These options are convertible into equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at the time of exercise of option. The exercise price of the option is Rs. 15.50 (Rupees Fifteen and Fifty Paisa only) each which is NSE Closing market price as of the end of the trading hours on July 03, 2015.
2. Vesting conditions and exercise period for the stock options has decided by the Compensation Committee as per the terms and conditions of the respective ESOP Scheme. |
