Further, in accordance with Model Code of Conduct pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations 1992, and the Code of Conduct framed for Prevention of Insider Trading by the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from February 11, 2015 and would open on February 16, 2015, i.e., after the announcement of the unaudited financial results to the public. |
