| Exchange Disseminated Time | Orissa Minerals Development Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 09, 2011, to consider and taken on record inter alia the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2011.
It has also been informed that at that Board Meeting, the proposal for sub-division of face value of shares would be placed before the Board, which if considered would be taken into action subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company and other necessary approvals. |
