1. Consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2016 (Q1).
2. Recommend for the approval of members for the issue of Non-Convertible Debentures for a sum not exceeding Rs. 250 Crores.
