| Exchange Disseminated Time | Vidhi Dyestuffs Manufacturing Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following business :
1. Approved and declared third Interim Dividend @ 20% (i.e. Rs. 0.20 paisa per Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each) for the year 2015-16.
2. Pursuant to regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Board have appointed Mr. Mitesh Manek as Chief Financial officer & Key managerial personnel of the Company.
3. Pursuant to regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Board have appointed Ms. Kalika Dabholkar as Whole time Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company. |
