Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading ("the Code") adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from May 24, 2014 to May 31, 2014 (both day inclusive) for the Promoters/ Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company for the aforesaid purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results of the Company.
