| Exchange Disseminated Time 31/01/2017 14:26:15 | With reference to the earlier letter dated December 27, 2016, informing about the Board Meeting to be held on February 07, 2017, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 (Q3).
The Ramco Cements Ltd has now informed BSE that at the said meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled on February 07, 2017, the Board will also consider a proposal for Buy-back of the equity shares of the Company.
Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from January 24, 2017 to February 09, 2017 for the purpose of consideration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. The same has been intimated to Stock Exchanges vide the Company's letter dated December 27, 2016. The said closure of trading window shall also apply for the proposed consideration of buy-back of shares at the above referred Board Meeting. |
