| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kothari Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Reg., 2015, formulated and adopted:-
1. A Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Reg., 2015 and the aforesaid Code is being uploaded on the Company's website.
2. An Insider Trading Code to regulate, monitor and report Trading by Insiders.
The aforesaid Codes have come into effect from May 15, 2015. |
