1. The Board elected Dr. J. S. Yadav, Independent Director as Chairman of the Company.
2. Smt. Y. V. Lalitha Devi, Chairperson and Promoter Director and Smt. Y. Krishna Veni, Promoter and Additional Director have resigned from the Board.
3. Recommended Dividend at 40% for the year ended March 31, 2010, subject to approval of Share holders at the 42nd Annual General Meeting. |
