| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/01/2016 14:45:06 | Summit Securities Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.
For the above purpose and pursuant to the Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (‘the Code’) adopted by the Company for prevention of insider trading under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from January 30, 2016 upto February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on February 12, 2016.
Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and all other persons covered under the Code are being advised not to trade in the securities of the Company from January 30, 2016 upto February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
