| Exchange Disseminated Time | Maithan Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following business:
1. To approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2014.
2. To consider and approve Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014.
3. To recommend payment of dividend for the year 2013-2014, if any.
Further, trading window will be closed from May 19, 2014 to May 28, 2014 (both days inclusive) as per Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. |
