With reference to our letter of November 10, 2016 intimating the Company's proposal to issue, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value Rs. 10 lakhs each ('NCDs') aggregating Rs. 6000 Crores, on a private placement basis, and pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that in terms of the Board authorization dated October 21, 2016, the Company has today, March 21, 2017, allotted its seventh tranche of Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value Rs. 10 lakh each ('NCDs') aggregating Rs.600 Crores (Rs. 500 Crore Plus Greenshoe Option of Rs. 100 Crores), as per attached Intimation.
