| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 06, 2012, regarding the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 13, 2012 to July 17, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 17, 2012, Hercules Hoists Ltd has now informed BSE that the book closure dates will be common for both bonus equity shares and dividend. The bonus equity shares will be allotted on July 18, 2012 in the ratio of 1:1. The dividend will be payable only on pre-bonus shares after July 17, 2012. |
