| Exchange Disseminated Time | Saregama India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 20, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2006, the Balance Sheet as at that date and the Reports of the Directors and the Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr R P Goenka, Mr S Goenka & Mrs S Goenka as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of Messrs Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, as auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Appointment of Mr Subroto Chattopadhyay as a Director of the Company.
5. Appointment of Mr Subroto Chattopadhya as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from April 01, 2006, on remuneration, terms and conditions.
6. Alteration of Article 93 of the Articles of Association of the Company. |
