| Exchange Disseminated Time | Viceroy Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adopted and approved the Audited Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2009, Profit & Loss Account along with the Cash flow for the year ended March 31, 2009 along with the relevant schedules and Reports of the Auditors and Directors there on.
2. Approved the appointment of Sri. A. Vijayvardhana Reddy as Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Approved the appointment of Sri. P. Narendra as Director of the company, liable to retire by rotation.
4. Approved the appointment of M/s. P. Murali & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as statutory Auditors of the company to hold, office from the conclusion of 44th Annual General meeting till the completion of the 45th Annual General Meeting at such remuneration as may he fixed by the Board of Directors of the Company. |
